The Ukrainian military repelled 19 enemy attacks in the Avdiivka direction, held their positions and repelled the assaults of the occupying forces in the Kherson direction. Aviation hit three enemy control points.
What is known about the situation at the front
During the past day, 64 combat clashes took place. In total, the enemy launched four missiles and 113 air strikes and carried out 105 attacks from MLRS systems on the positions of our troops and populated areas.
As a result of Russian terrorist attacks, unfortunately, there are wounded and dead among the civilian population. High-rise and private buildings, as well as other objects of civil infrastructure, were destroyed and damaged.
Airstrikes hit the following:
Milove, Vilkhuvatka, Hryhorivka, Kolodyazne, Mytrofanivka and Petropavlivka of the Kharkiv region ;
Makiivka and Bilohorivka of the Luhansk region ;
Lyman, Sviato-Pokrovske, Siversk, New York, Bila Gora, Diliivka, Novopokrovske, Novobakhmutivka, Zhelanne, Stepove, Semenivka, Novoselivka Persha, Orlivka, Lastochkyne, Tonenke, Krasnohorivka, Katerynivka, Antonivka, Paraskoviivka, Kostiantynivka, Urozhaine, Staromayorske in the Donetsk region;
Robotyne, Novoandriivka and Orikhiv of the Zaporizhzhia region ;
Krynky and Chornobayivka of the Kherson region .
More than 120 settlements of Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhya, Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson and Mykolaiv regions came under enemy artillery fire.
The situation at the fronts
On Volyn and Polisia's directions, the operational situation remains without significant changes.
In the Siverskyi and Slobozhanskyi directions , the enemy maintains a military presence in the border areas, conducts sabotage activities to prevent the transfer of our troops to threatening directions, increases the density of mine and explosive barriers along the state border in the Belgorod region.
In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy made three offensive attempts in the Synkivka and Tabaiivka settlements of the Kharkiv region.
In Lyman's direction, the enemy attacked our units six times in Terny and Viimka settlements in the Donetsk region.
In the Bakhmut direction, the defence forces repelled two attacks by Russian invaders in the Klishchiivka and Mayorske settlements of the Donetsk region.
In the Avdiivka direction, our defenders repelled 19 enemy attacks in Stepove, Lastochkyne, Sieverne, Pervomaiske and Nevelske settlements.
In the Mariinka direction, the defence forces continued to hold back the enemy in the districts of Georgiivka, Pobieda and Novomykhailivka of the Donetsk region, where the enemy tried to break through the defences of our troops 14 times.
In the direction of Novopavlivsk, our defenders repulsed the enemy's attack south of Zolota Nyva, which is in Donetsk region.
In the direction of Zaporizhzhia, Ukrainian soldiers repelled eight enemy attacks west of Verbove and in the Robotyne area of the Zaporizhzhia region.
In Kherson's direction, the Defence Forces will continue to hold positions and repulse assaults by the Russian occupying forces. Despite significant losses, the enemy does not stop trying to knock our units out of their positions.
So, during the past day, the enemy made four attempts to storm our troops' positions on the Dnipro River's left bank.
At the same time, our soldiers continue to actively inflict losses in manpower and equipment on the occupying troops, exhausting the enemy along the entire front line.
Losses of the enemy
During the past day, the aviation of the defence forces struck 10 personnel concentration areas and two anti-aircraft missile enemy systems. Also, the Air Force of Ukraine destroyed the Su-34 fighter bomber and three reconnaissance UAVs.
Units of missile troops inflicted damage on five areas of personnel, weapons and military equipment concentration, two fuel depots, three control points, eight artillery systems and one enemy radar station.
