In the Bakhmut direction, the Ukrainian military repelled 21 enemy attacks, and in the Kherson direction they hold their positions. The missile forces hit 2 areas of the enemy's remote minefields.
Russian shelling
105 combat clashes took place over the past day. In total, the enemy launched 1 missile and 6 air strikes on the positions of our troops and populated areas, carried out 62 attacks from salvo rocket launchers.
As a result of shelling by Russian terrorists, unfortunately, there are dead and wounded among the civilian population. Private residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure were destroyed and damaged.
Novomykhailivka, the Donetsk region, was hit by airstrikes.
More than 140 settlements of the Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhya, Kherson, and Mykolaiv regions came under artillery fire.
The situation on the front
In the Volyn and Poliske directions, the operational situation remains without significant changes.
In the Siverskyi and Slobozhanskyi directions, The enemy maintains a military presence in the border areas, conducts active sabotage activities in order to prevent the transfer of our troops to dangerous directions, and increases the density of mine and explosive barriers along the state border in the Belgorod region.
In the Kupyansk direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled 5 enemy attacks in the areas of Synkivka and east of Petropavlivka, the Kharkiv region.
In the Lymansky direction, our soldiers repelled 10 attacks by the occupiers near Makiivka, the Luhansk region, and east of Terny, Spirnyi, the Donetsk region.
In the Bakhmut direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled 21 enemy attacks near Bohdanivka, Klishchiivka, and Andriivka, the Donetsk region.
The defence forces of Ukraine continue to inflict losses on the enemy in terms of manpower and equipment, and are entrenched on the achieved frontiers.
In the Avdiivka direction, Ukrainian defenders continue to hold back the enemy, who keeps trying to surround Avdiivka. Our soldiers are holding the line, inflicting significant losses on the occupiers.
The defence forces repelled 11 enemy attacks in Avdiivka districts and another 13 attacks near Severny, further south of Tonenko, Pervomaisky and Nevelsky of the Donetsk region.
In the Mariinsky direction, the Defence Forces restrained the enemy near Novomykhailivka in the Donetsk region where 13 attacks were repulsed.
The enemy did not conduct offensive (assault) actions in the Shakhtarsk direction .
In the Zaporizhzhia direction, our defenders repelled 17 enemy attacks west of Novopokrovka and Robotiny in the Zaporizhzhia region.
The offensive of the Armed Forces
In the Melitopol direction, the Defense Forces of Ukraine continue to actively inflict losses in manpower and equipment on the occupying troops, exhausting the enemy along the entire front line.
In the Kherson direction, Ukrainian soldiers will continue to hold their positions on the left bank of the Dnipro River, conduct a counter-battery fight, and inflict fire damage on the enemy's rear.
Losses of the enemy
During the past day, 1 Kh-59 guided missile was destroyed by air defense forces and means.
Missile troops struck two remote mining sites and one enemy artillery point.
