Ukrainian troops repelled 13 enemy attacks in the Kherson sector, holding back the enemy in the Maryinka sector. Aviation struck 10 enemy concentration points.
Russian shelling
Over the last day, 56 combat engagements took place. In total, the enemy launched 1 missile and 77 air strikes, firing 51 times at Ukrainian troops' positions and populated areas from multiple launch rocket systems.
Unfortunately, Russian terrorist attacks have resulted in deaths and injuries among the civilian population. Private homes and other civilian infrastructure have been destroyed and damaged.
Last night, Russian occupiers attacked Ukraine once again, using 5 Shahed-136/131 unmanned aerial vehicles. Our defenders destroyed 4 out of them. Also today, the occupiers carried out another air attack using 3 Shahed-136/131 UAVs. All enemy drones were destroyed.
The following settlements were hit by airstrikes:
Ivanivka, the Kharkiv region;
Serebryan forestry, the Luhansk region ;
Spirne, Novomykhailivka, Zolota Nyva, the Donetsk region ;
Orykhiv, Preobrazhenka in the Zaporizhzhia region ,
Chervonyi Mayak, Zmiivka, Dudchany and Novoberyslav in the Kherson region .
About 130 settlements in Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson and Mykolaiv regions came under artillery fire.
The situation at the fronts
In the Volyn and Poliske directions, the operational situation remains without significant changes.
In the Siverskyi and Slobozhanskyi directions, the enemy maintains a military presence in the border areas, conducts active sabotage activities to prevent the deployment of our troops closer to its positions, and increases the density of minefields along the state border in the Belgorod region.
In the Kupyan direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled 9 enemy attacks near Sinkivka and east of Ivanivka in the Kharkiv region.
In the Lyman direction, the Ukrainian defence forces repelled three enemy attacks in the area of Serebryanske forestry in the Luhansk region, where the enemy unsuccessfully tried to break through the defences of our troops.
In the Bakhmut direction, our soldiers repelled two attacks by the occupiers near Bohdanivka, the Donetsk region.
In the Avdiivka direction, Ukrainian defenders continue to hold back the enemy, who keeps trying to surround Avdiivka. Our soldiers are inflicting significant losses on the occupiers.
Over the last day, Ukrainian defence forces repelled 15 attacks east of Novobakhmutivka and Avdiivka and 17 attacks near Pivnichne, Pervomaiske and Nevelske in the Donetsk region.
In the Marinka direction, Ukrainian defence forces continue to hold back the enemy in the areas of Maryinka and Novomykhailivka in the Donetsk region, where our defenders repelled three attacks.
The enemy did not conduct assault operations in the Shakhtarsky direction .
In the Zaporizhzhia direction, Defence forces repelled three attacks west of Verbove and Robotyne in the Zaporizhzhia region.
In the Kherson direction , Despite significant losses, the enemy continues to try to drive our units from their positions.
Over the past day, the enemy made 13 unsuccessful assaults on the positions of the defence forces, received a decent rebuff and retreated.
The offensive of the Ukrainian Armed Forces
Ukraine's defence forces continue to actively inflict losses in manpower and equipment on the occupiers forces, exhausting the enemy along the entire frontline.
