The Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine officially confirmed that during the night of March 31-April 1, the Russian army attacked Ukraine with 339 attack UAVs of the Shahed, Gerber, Italmas and other types of drones. The air defense forces were able to neutralize most of the enemy targets.

This time, Russian drones flew from the following directions: Bryansk, Kursk, Orel, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk — RF, Gvardiyske — TOT AR Crimea, TOT Donetsk.

What is important to understand is that about 200 of them are "shaheeds."

The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare and unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.

According to preliminary data, as of 08:00, air defenses shot down/suppressed 298 enemy Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas and other types of drones in the north, south, east, west, and center of the country.

20 strike UAVs were recorded hitting 11 locations, as well as downed UAVs (fragments) falling in 5 locations.

The attack is ongoing, with about 20 enemy UAVs in the airspace.
