On the night of March 10, our military shot down 35 of the 39 Shahed-type attack drones used by the Russian army to attack Ukraine.

The Air Force disclosed the details of the Russian night attack on Ukraine

As specified in the PS, in addition to 39 "Shakheds", the Russians also launched 4 S-300 anti-aircraft guided missiles over Ukraine, which hit the Kharkiv and Donetsk regions.

As for the attack drones, the enemy launched them from Cape Chauda in the occupied Crimea and from Russian Primorsko-Akhtarsk.

It is noted that combat work to shoot down enemy kamikaze drones took place this night in ten regions.

As a result of combat operations, 35 "shaheeds" were shot down within the boundaries of Kirovohrad, Mykolaiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Cherkasy, Odesa, Kherson, Khmelnytskyi, Vinnytsia, Kyiv and Zhytomyr regions, the defenders of the sky noted.

The military added that most of the targets were destroyed by the forces and means of mobile fire groups of the Defense Forces of Ukraine. Also, fighter aircraft, anti-aircraft missile units of the Air Force, electronic warfare equipment were involved in repelling the air attack.

What is known about the Russian attack on Ukraine on March 10

We will remind, late in the evening of March 9, several regions of Ukraine announced an air alert due to the recording of the launch of Shahed-type kamikaze drones by the Russian invaders.

Around eleven o'clock in the evening, it became known about the work of air defense in Odesa, where explosions were also heard. It was also reported about the sounds of explosions in Snigurivka, Mykolaiv region. Later, the head of the Snigurivska MBA, Ivan Kukhta, said that in the region, power transmission lines (power lines) were damaged in Pavlivskiy rural Starostyn district. As a result, power outages in nearby villages are possible.

In addition, a rocket hit an enterprise in Dnipropetrovsk region, injuring a 58-year-old man.

As reported by the command of the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the occupiers continued to launch new groups of "Shaheeds" across Ukraine.

Later, around five o'clock in the morning, it became known about the explosions that rang out in the Khmelnytsky region during an air raid alert.
