The defense forces destroyed 840 Russian invaders, 61 artillery systems, and 13 tanks over the past day. During the past day, 56 combat clashes took place.
AFU strikes against Russia's army
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports that the Air Force of the Defense Forces struck ten areas of personnel, weapons and military equipment concentration, two anti-aircraft missile complexes and one enemy control point.
Also, 15 Kh-101/Kh-555/Kh-55 cruise missiles, 5 Iskander-M ballistic missiles, and 2 Kh-59 guided aviation missiles were destroyed by the forces and means of air defense of Ukraine.
Units of missile troops struck one area of personnel, weapons and military equipment concentration, two anti-airaircraft warfare systems, nine artillery vehicles and one radio-electronic warfare station of the enemy.
The situation in the eastern and southern directions
In the Kupiansk direction, our defenders repulsed an enemy attack near Synkivka of the Kharkiv region.
In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled four attacks by the occupiers in the Yampolivka and Torske of the Donetsk region and two more attacks near Bilogorivka and Serebryansk forestry of the Luhansk region.
In the direction of Bakhmut, the Defense Forces repelled three enemy attacks near Bohdanivka, Ivanivske and Klishchiivka of the Donetsk region.
In the Avdiivka direction, the Defense Forces repelled five enemy attacks in the areas of Novobakhmutivka, Stepove, and Avdiivka and another 11 attacks near Pervomaiske and Nevelske in the Donetsk region for the past 24 hours.
In the Mariinka direction, the Defense Forces continued to hold back the enemy near Georgiyivka and Novomykhailivka of the Donetsk region, where 16 attacks were repelled.
In the Zaporizhzhia direction, our defenders repelled four enemy attacks south of Chervone, west of Vervoveand Robotyne of the Zaporizhzhia region.
In Kherson's direction, the Defense Forces continued measures to expand the bridgehead. During the past day, the enemy made seven unsuccessful assaults on the positions of our troops.
