The Ukrainian military continues to liquidate the Russian military. The total number of losses of the Russian army since the beginning of the invasion is 425,890 soldiers.
What is known about the losses of the Russian army
According to the General Staff, the Defence Forces destroyed 910 Russian invaders during the day, and the following equipment was destroyed:
tanks — 6,747 (+8) units;
armoured personnel vehicles — 12,901 (+27) units;
artillery systems — 10,522 (+23) units;
MLRS — 1016 units;
Anti-aircraft warfare systems — 713 (+2) units;
aircraft — 347 units;
helicopters — 325 units;
UAV operational-tactical level — 8184 (+43) units;
cruise missiles — 1,920 (+1) units;
warships/boats — 26 units;
submarines — 1 unit;
vehicles and fuel trucks — 13,870 (+44) units;
special equipment — 1691 (+5) units.
What is the situation at the front?
During the past day, the aviation of the Defense Forces struck eight areas of personnel, weapons and military equipment concentration and one enemy control point.
Units of the missile forces damaged two areas of personnel, weapons and military equipment concentration, the Buk-M1 anti-aircraft missile complex and the one 1L219 "Zoopark" counter-battery radar complex.
In the Lyman direction, our soldiers repelled 15 enemy attacks in the areas of the settlements of Bilohorivka in the Luhansk region, Hryhorivka and Terny of the Donetsk region.
In the Bakhmut direction, the Defence Forces repelled six enemy attacks in Klishchiivka, Andriivka, Stupochki and east of Chasiv Yar of the Donetsk region.
In the Avdiivka direction, our defenders repelled 16 enemy attacks in the Berdychi, Orlivka, Tonenke, Pervomayske, and Nevelske settlements of the Donetsk region.
In the Novopavlivskyi direction, the Defence Forces continued to hold back the enemy in the areas of Krasnohorivka, Georhiivka, Novomykhailivka, and Pobieda of the Donetsk region. The enemy, supported by aviation, tried 21 times to break through the defences of our troops.
In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy attacked the positions of our defenders seven times in the areas of Robotyne, Staromayorske, and north-western Verbove of the Zaporizhzhia region.
In the Kherson direction, the enemy does not give up its intention to knock out our units from the bridgeheads on the left bank of the Dnipro River. Thus, during the day, one attempt was made to storm the positions of our troops, — the General Staff notes.
