General Staff: Ukrainian army repelled 58 attacks and carried out airstrikes on enemy positions

During the past day, the Ukrainian military repelled 14 attacks by the criminal army of Russia in the area of Maryinka alone in the Donetsk region.

What is known about successes of Armed Forces of Ukraine at frontline and consequences of attacks of Russian army on Ukraine

It is noted that during the day, the Ukrainian military engaged in battle with units of the criminal army of Russia 58 times.

Over the past 24 hours, our aviation has struck 12 areas where enemy personnel are concentrated.

The units of the missile forces hit the enemy's personnel concentration area, 3 anti-aircraft defence systems, 3 artillery systems, an electronic warfare station and 2 enemy control points.

The defence forces will continue measures to expand the foothold on the left bank of the Dnipro river in the Kherson region. Despite significant losses, the enemy does not stop trying to knock our units out of their positions. Over the past 24 hours, the enemy has carried out 9 unsuccessful assault actions, the report says.

At the same time, during the day, the Russian occupiers fired 7 missiles at Ukraine, carried out 58 airstrikes and fired 57 missiles at Ukrainian military positions and civilian infrastructure objects.

As a result of attacks by Russian terrorists, unfortunately, civilians have been killed and wounded.

Residential buildings, other civil and industrial infrastructure were destroyed and damaged.

The following settlements were hit by enemy airstrikes:

Zolochiv, Morokhovets, Pylna, Kolodyazne, Petropavlivka, Kucherivka, Podoly, Ivanivka, Berestov in the Kharkiv region;
Stelmakhivka, Novoyehorivka, Serebryansk Forestry in the Luhansk region;
Terny, Spirne, Pivnichne, Oleksandropil, Avdiivka, Novomykhailivka, Vodyane in the Donetsk region;
Orihiv, Novodarivka in the Zaporizhzhia region;
Chervonyi Mayak, Beryslav in the Kherson region.

About 110 settlements of Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhya, Kherson and Mykolaiv regions came under artillery fire.

What is known about the situation in certain areas of the front

In the Volyn and Polisk directions, the operational situation remains without significant changes.
In the Siversk and Slobozhansk directions, the enemy maintains a military presence in the border areas, conducts active sabotage activities in order to prevent the transfer of our troops to fighting positions, and increases the density of mine-explosive barriers along the state border in the Belgorod region.
In the Kupian direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled 3 enemy attacks in the Synkivka area and east of Petropavlivka in the Kharkiv region.
The enemy did not conduct offensive (assault) actions in the Limansky direction.
In the Bakhmut direction, our soldiers repelled 4 attacks by the occupiers near Bohdanivka and Andriivka in the Donetsk region.
In the Avdiivka direction, Ukrainian defenders continue to hold back the enemy, who does not stop trying to surround Avdiivka. Our soldiers firmly hold the defense, inflicting significant losses on the invaders. During the past day, the defence forces repelled 13 attacks near Novobakhmutivka, Stepove, Avdiyivka, and another 19 attacks in the areas of Pivnichne, Pervomaisky, and Nevelsky in the Donetsk region.
In the Maryinsky direction, our defenders continue to hold back the enemy near Heorhiivka and Novomykhailivka in the Donetsk region, where 14 attacks were repelled.
The occupiers did not conduct offensive (assault) actions in the Shakhtarsk direction.
In the Zaporizhzhia direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled an enemy attack in the Robotyne area in the Zaporizhzhia region. At the same time, the Defence Forces of Ukraine continue to actively inflict losses in manpower and equipment on the occupying forces, exhausting the enemy along the entire front line.
In the area of responsibility of the Odesa operational-strategic group in the Kherson direction, the Defence Forces will continue measures to expand the foothold. Despite significant losses, the enemy does not stop trying to knock our units out of their positions. During the past day, the enemy carried out 9 unsuccessful assaults. At the same time, the Defence Forces of Ukraine continue to actively inflict losses in manpower and equipment on the occupying forces, exhausting the enemy along the entire front line.
