Partisans are monitoring the 13th ship repair plant of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation, located in Kilen Bay in Sevastopol. The occupiers are repairing ships there.

The ATESH movement says that during the surveillance, repair works of several ships of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation were discovered.
Probably, the occupiers are restoring the results of the effective work of the Defense Forces of Ukraine, the movement notes.
As the partisans clarified, this plant is a strategic object, as it deals with the complex repair of ships of all ranks — from frigates to small amphibious ships.
