On Mar. 1, Russian troops massively attacked Vovchansk in the Kharkiv region. One civillian man was injured.

It is noted that the occupiers shelled Vovchansk again, and at least 30 explosions rang out in the city.

The shelling happened around 11:00 am [on Mar.1. — Ed]. Private houses were damaged. A local resident born in 1956 was injured, the report says.

An investigative and operative group, criminalists and explosives technicians work at the "arrival" locations of the events. The investigators opened criminal proceedings for violating the laws and customs of war.

Overnight on Mar. 1, Russia again attacked the territory of Ukraine, using both Shahed kamikaze drones and missiles. Air defence shot down all four enemy drones.

Also, that night, Russia's army attacked with five S-300 anti-aircraft guided missiles.
