What is known about the losses of the Russian army
According to the General Staff, the Defence Forces killed 850 Russian occupants and destroyed the following equipment over the course of the day:
tanks - 5,682 (+18) units,
armored combat vehicles - 10,594 (+15) units,
artillery systems - 8,076 (+3) units,
multiple launch rocket systems − 919 (+0) units,
air defenсe equipment - 605 (+0) units,
aircraft - 324 (+0) units,
helicopters - 324 (+0) units,
UAVs of the operational-tactical level - 6,173 (+10) units,
cruise missiles - 1,596 (+0) units,
ships/boats - 22 (+0) units,
submarines - 1 (+0) units,
automotive equipment and tank trucks - 10,662 (+12) units,
special equipment - 1,176 (+6) units.
What is the situation at the front?
In the Volyn and Poliske directions, the operational situation remains without significant changes.
In the Siverskyi and Slobozhanskyi directions , the enemy maintains a military presence in the border areas, conducts active sabotage activities to prevent the deployment of our troops to threatened areas, and increases the density of minefields along the state border in the Belgorod region.
In the Kupyansk direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled 8 enemy attacks in Sinkivskyi, Petropavlivskyi and Ivanivskyi districts of Kharkiv region.
In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian defence forces repelled two enemy attacks near Makiivka, Luhansk region.
In the Bakhmut direction, our soldiers repelled 5 enemy attacks in Bohdanivka, Ivanivka, Klishchivske and Andriivka districts of Donetsk region. Ukraine's defence forces continue to inflict losses in manpower and equipment on the enemy and are consolidating their positions.
In the Avdiivka direction, Ukrainian defenders continue to hold back the enemy, who keeps trying to surround Avdiivka. Our soldiers are holding strong, inflicting significant losses on the enemy. Ukrainian defence forces successfully repelled 51 enemy attacks in the areas east of Novokalino, east of Novobakhmutivka, Stepove, Avdiivka, south of Pivdenne, south of Tonenke, Pervomaisk and Nevelske in Donetsk region.
In the Mariinsky direction, Ukrainian defence forces continue to hold back the enemy in the area of Novomykhailivka in Donetsk region, where our defenders repelled 13 attacks.
The enemy did not conduct offensive (assault) actions in the Shakhtarsky direction .
In the Zaporizhzhia region, The defence forces repelled 8 enemy attacks in the areas north of Pryiutne, west of Verbove and south of Robotyno in Zaporizhzhia region. At the same time, in the Melitopol sector, the Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to actively inflict losses in manpower and equipment on the occupation forces, exhausting the enemy along the entire front line.
In the Kherson direction, The defence forces will continue to hold their positions on the left bank of the Dnipro, conduct counter-battery combat and deliver fire on the enemy's rear.
