The Kremlin has activated a network of spies in Ukraine, particularly in the Security Service [of Ukraine]. The goal of the invaders is to destabilize the situation in the country and undermine the unity of our state.

Danilov called a new threat from Russia

According to him, the goal of Russian agents is to drive a wedge between the political and military leadership of Ukraine, as well as to inflame anti-government sentiments among the population.

Danilov noted that Russia is trying to exploit the "so-called tension" between President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhnyy.

The Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council also said that Russia is trying to spread disinformation and propaganda to destabilize the situation in Ukraine.

The Russian Federation is preparing the "Maidan-3" plan

Recently, information appeared on the Internet and mass media that on November 1, the Russian special services launched a large-scale information attack, "Maidan-3", the goal of which was to destabilize Ukraine.

According to mass media, a new information attack by Russian special services on Ukraine is planned for November — December 2023.

Later, commenting on this plan, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Russia seeks to sow division in Ukrainian society, creating "chaos" within the country and, ultimately, removing the president.

He said, “The Maidan is a coup for Russia, so the operation is understandable."

Also, Zelenskyy is sure that Russia wants to remove him from the post of President of Ukraine by the end of 2023. For this, the aggressor country came up with a plan to destabilize our country called "Maidan-3".
