After conducting an “Express Analysis” by YouControl, it became known that 5,817 companies and 686 individual entrepreneurs in Ukraine probably maintain their ties with Russian business. This data is current as of November 2025. Moreover, it is indicated that the revenue of such companies increased by a third last year, compared to 2023.
Points of attention
- A significant portion of the analyzed companies, 17%, are engaged in real estate transactions, while trade, the processing industry, agriculture, and construction are also key sectors.
- ADM UKRAINE LLC stands out with the highest revenue of UAH 43.5 billion among Ukrainian companies with probable ties to Russian legal entities by the end of 2024.
Ukrainian companies and their ties with Russia
According to the latest data, currently 5,817 Ukrainian companies have ties to Russian legal entities.
What is important to understand is that all this happens through participation in the authorized capital of the Ukrainian legal entity both directly and through its participants, ultimate beneficiaries, and authorized persons.
The largest number of such companies was found in:
Donetsk region (1905),
Kyiv (985),
Luhansk region (901),
Zaporizhia region (496).

In addition, it is noted that a record number (1,271) of the companies surveyed operate in trade.
It is also indicated that the key area of activity for 17% (996) of the analyzed legal entities is real estate transactions.
673 companies are involved in the processing industry, and 625 in the agricultural sector. Another 7% (402) of Ukrainian legal entities work in the construction industry.
What is important to understand is that the largest revenue, namely UAH 43.5 billion by the end of 2024, among Ukrainian companies that have probable ties with Russian legal entities due to their presence in the authorized capitals with a share of 10% or more, was received by ADM UKRAINE LLC.
