The British repelled a Houthi attack on their destroyer

A Houthi drone attacked a British warship in the Red Sea.

This is reported by The Sun.

The United Kingdom's Royal Navy destroyer, HMS Diamond, was forced to defend itself with Sea Viper missiles as the militants continued their relentless campaign of attacks.

Britain's Ministry of Defense said it had "successfully repulsed" a Houthi drone attack launched on HMS Diamond.

The warship used its Sea Viper missiles to destroy the insurgent threat in the engagement. This ship has already faced off against the Houthis, who continue their aggressive campaign on one of the busiest sea lanes in the world.

Yesterday, HMS Diamond successfully repelled a drone attack launched by the Iranian-backed Houthis in the Red Sea. Deploying its Sea Viper missile complex, Diamond destroyed the drone targeting it, while Diamond and its crew were not injured, the British Ministry of Defense said.
