The State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) announced the suspicion of a judge from the Luhansk region who had worked for the enemy.

The Ukrainian judge worked for the FSB

The SBI exposed a judge who, on the order of the FSB of Russia, collected data about his colleagues and captured Ukrainian soldiers. The cases of three more traitors were brought to court.

The SBI's press service reported this.

This week, according to the investigation materials of the Bureau, the courts passed two verdicts against state traitors, the indictments against six people, including three judges, were handed over to the court for consideration.

Thus, SBI employees exposed and reported suspicions about a judge who, on the order of the FSB of Russia, collected and passed on confidential information about his colleagues and service members of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The judge of the Bryanka district court of the Luhansk region gained access to closed judges' groups in various messengers. There, he collected personal data of Ukrainian judges, such as photos, phone numbers, email addresses, positions, and other personal data.

The man paid special attention to judges with a pro-Ukrainian position. He also sought out information about Ukrainian military personnel and their relatives who were in Russian captivity. Then, the Russian secret services used this data during the interrogation of the prisoners.

Other cases concerning treasonous judges

Another former judge of the Kalininsky District Court of Horlivka will be tried according to the SBI materials, which deprive Ukrainians of the right to housing in the temporarily occupied territory.

The accusation against her was sent to the court under the article of state treason and collaborationism (Chapter 1 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, Chapter 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, Chapter 7 of Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The SBI also completed a pre-trial investigation into two former judges of the Gagarinsky and Leninsky district courts of the city of Sevastopol, who administered justice according to the laws of the Russian Federation after the occupation of the peninsula.

Spouses of Russian agents were detained in the Lviv region

The SSU reports that among the main targets of the Russians were power plants that provide electricity to most of the region.

To carry out the enemy's task, the Russian special service involved a local couple.

The main suspect was a man who has been serving a sentence in a local prison since 2023 for inflicting grievous bodily harm.

He came to the attention of Russians due to the spread of posts on social networks in support of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.

FSB employees established contact with him and recruited the man remotely.

In an anonymous chat, the prisoner received agent tasks and step-by-step instructions for their implementation. The FSB agent involved his "at large" wife in cooperation with the enemy.
