On the morning of December 15, a powerful explosion rang out in the building of the Keretsky Village Council in Zakarpattia. A local deputy threw two grenades during a meeting on the council premises.

On December 15, an explosion rang out in the building of the local self-government body in Zakarpattia.

The National Police of Ukraine reported this on Telegram.

Today at 11:37 a.m., the "102" line received a message that one of the deputies detonated grenades in the building of the Keretsky village council of the Mukachevo district during the session.

According to preliminary information, one person, the detonator himself, died as a result of the explosion, and 11 more people were injured.

All specialized services, the investigative and operational team of the police, explosives experts and forensic experts are working at the scene. Primary investigative actions are ongoing.

Later, it became known that 26 people were injured as a result of the incident, 6 of whom are in serious condition. Medics are performing resuscitation measures on the man who detonated the grenades.

Explosion in Kyiv

On December 4, a grenade exploded in the private sector of Kyiv's Podil district. As a result, the man died.

This is reported on the Kyiv police website.

Today, around 4:50 p.m., the Kyiv police received information about an explosion in a private house on Zamkovetska Street. According to the call, the investigation and operational team of the district administration, employees of the State Emergency Service and doctors were immediately dispatched, the report says.

It is noted that according to preliminary information, the owner of the apartment is a Kyivan resident who was born in 1950. He died as a result of the explosion. There was no information about other victims.
