On the evening of January 7, a water main burst on Borshchagivka in the capital, flooding Jules Verne Boulevard. Specialists of Kyivvodokanal and Kyivavtodor are already working on eliminating the consequences.

According to the Kyiv City State Administration (KCSA) press service, damage to the cold water supply network with water leaking onto the roadway occurred on Jules Verne Boulevard.
The application for damage was received by the control room of Kyivvodokanal on January 7 at 10:55 p.m. An emergency crew arrived at the scene, shut off the water and contained the leak. 2 residential buildings remained without water.
Specialists of Kyiv Avtodor are working to eliminate the consequences of flooding and pollution of the roadway.
After that, the emergency crew of Kyivvodokanal will start repairing the water supply.
Regarding the emergency situation and difficult weather conditions, road workers carry out additional street treatment to ensure safe traffic.
In addition, it is emphasized that the work will be carried out in the green zone, without traffic restrictions.

Despite this, Kyiv Telegram channels claim that there was a large-scale sewerage break, and Jules Verne Boulevard was allegedly flooded with faeces.
