AFU General Tarnavskyi says the number of captured Russians in Tavria's direction is increasing

With the increase in the intensity of combat clashes in Tavria's direction, the number of Russian prisoners also increases.

The number of captured Russians is increasing in Tavria's direction

Over the past week, our soldiers captured almost two and a half dozen occupiers.

Half of them — in the past day, primarily in the Zaporizhzhia direction, — writes the OSTG "Tavria" commander, Brig Gen Oleksandr Tarnavskyi.

Losses of the occupiers

According to Tarnavskyi, the total losses of the enemy last day amounted to 449 people and 27 units of military equipment, not counting drones.

In particular, it is:

  • Five tanks;

  • 18 armoured personnel vehicles;

  • Two artillery systems;

  • One vehicle;

  • One special equipment unit.

122 drones of various types were also neutralized.

The situation at the front

Today, the AFU General Staff reported that 100 combat clashes occurred during the day. The enemy shelled more than 130 settlements in nine regions of the country with artillery.

It was also reported that the Ukrainian military had eliminated 790 Russian invaders in the past day. Since the start of the full-scale invasion, Russia has lost 395,990 of its personnel.
