Musk came to Israel amid of the anti-Semitic scandal

Musk in Israel

On November 27, American billionaire Elon Musk arrived in Israel. The day before, Musk was accused of spreading anti-Jewish hatred on his social network X.

Musk visited Israel

On November 27, the American businessman and owner of the social network Elon Musk, who is accused of anti-Semitism, arrived in Israel and met with the country's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

This is reported by The Times of Israel.

Thus, Netanyahu gave Musk a tour of the Israeli kibbutz of Kfar Az, devastated by a Hamas attack on October 7, when terrorists stormed the community, killing entire families and abducting dozens of civilians to Gaza.

Musk listened to the stories of the leader of the local council and a representative of the IDF press secretary's department about the mass killings in the kibbutz.

The American billionaire was also told the story of 4-year-old Israeli-American child Avigail Idan, who was kidnapped in Gaza and released yesterday as part of a hostage deal.

During his trip to Israel, the businessman will meet with citizens whose relatives were held captive by Hamas in Gaza.

A meeting with the President of Israel, Isaac Herzog, is also expected, during which the country's leader will emphasize the need to take measures to counter the growth of anti-Semitism on the Internet.

Musk's visit coincides with a four-day truce in Israel's war with Palestinian militants Hamas in Gaza, during which 40 of the 240 hostages Israel says were being held by Hamas have returned to the country.

Mask and anti-Semitism

The White House recently accused Elon Musk of spreading "disgusting lies" about Jews after the owner of Company X responded favourably to an anti-Semitic post on the platform.

After that, it was reported that the social network X (formerly Twitter) could lose $ 75 million in advertising revenue by the end of 2023, as dozens of significant brands suspended their marketing campaigns after the statements of the businessman and owner of the network, Elon Musk.

At the same time, the businessman said he plans to send part of the income from the social network to humanitarian aid to Israeli hospitals.
