According to the Air Force report, on the night of Feb. 28, 2024, Russian invaders attacked Ukrainian cities and villages with S-300 anti-aircraft guided missiles from the occupied Donetsk region and 10 Shahed-type kamikaze drones from the Primorsko-Akhtarsk region of the Russian Federation.

Air defence forces were able to shoot down all enemy drones successfully.

What is known about the situation in different regions of Ukraine

According to the latest data, during Feb. 27, the Russian occupiers carried out 59 shelling of the border territories and settlements of the Sumy region

In addition, it is reported that 296 explosions were recorded.

The communities of Yunakivka, Khotyn, Myropillia, Bilopollia, Krasnopillia, Velyka Pysarivka, Nova Sloboda, Shalygi, Esman, Seredyno-Buda, Znob-Novgorodsk, Svesk, Druzhba came under the fire of the Russian army.
