The head of the Regional Military Administration, Serhii Lysak, reported the air defence forces shot down two missiles in the sky over the Dnipro. Debris fell on one of the enterprises.

A 38-year-old man was injured by falling debris. He has a brain injury, a contusion and a fracture. He is in the hospital in a moderate condition.

There is also damage to the enterprise building and equipment.

What is known about Russia's attacks on State Emergency Service rescuers

According to the State Emergency Service representatives, the criminal army of the Russian Federation attacked rescue units three times on Tuesday, January 23.

The service reported that the building of one of Kharkiv's fire stations was damaged in the morning by a missile attack.

In the Kherson region, rescuers were working at the scene of a fire and ammunition was dropped directly on them from an enemy drone.

This attack injured the commander of the Department of Emergency Situations.

He is currently in the hospital. The tank truck was also damaged, the representatives of the State Emergency Service noted.

In Nikopol, the drone hit the department's territory. A tank truck caught on fire, and the windows in the room were damaged.
