The destruction of the Russian ship "Sergei Kotov" and the attack on Crimea on Mar. 5

On the night of March 4-5, 2024, the DIU "Group 13" special unit attacked the patrol ship of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation "Sergei Kotov".

As a result of a successful special operation, the enemy ship was successfully destroyed.

The DIU planned and implemented the attack in cooperation with Ukraine's Armed Forces and with the support of Ukraine's Ministry of Digital Transformation.

The Russian ship was sunk by the Ukrainian naval drones "Magura V5": they damaged the stern, as well as the right and left sides.

In addition, on the night of Mar. 5, the occupied Crimea was attacked by drones.

The Russian operator of passenger trains to the temporarily occupied Crimea reported the stoppage of trains in the area of the Crimean bridge due to blocked traffic.

The bridge has been standing for more than 8 hours.
