The President of the Russian Federation is doing everything possible to demonstrate the alleged "hypocrisy" of the West's condemnation of the Russian attack on Ukraine.
In addition, the head of the Kremlin is once again trying to portray Russia as ready to participate in meaningful negotiations, which will probably force the West to push Ukraine into negotiations with the aggressor country prematurely.
The Kremlin appears to be inexplicably concerned about the outcome of Russia's upcoming presidential election in March 2024, despite Putin's apparent broad approval rating among Russians.
