The Russian occupiers are using "Grad" MLRS to repel attacks by air and sea Ukrainian drones. The invaders need this technique to secure the ships.

"ATESH" agents conducted surveillance in the bays of Sevastopol, during which it was observed that the Russian Armed Forces were using BM-21 "Grad" MLRS and SAM "TOR" to repulse air and sea strikes of the Defense Forces of Ukraine (DFU), the message says.

According to the information of the partisans, the occupiers are trying to use "Grad" MLRS mainly to destroy naval drones, which the DFU uses to attack the ships of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation.

As practice shows, this tactic does not work more often than vice versa, — states "ATESH".

As noted in the message earlier, the agents recorded a large landing ship near the Grafska pier.

The movement of ships in bays and the departure of coast guard boats on patrol are periodically observed, the partisans report.

The situation in Crimea

In general, explosions are heard more and more often in Crimea. Our defenders have already conducted dozens of operations on the peninsula and in the Black Sea, destroying Russian bases, warehouses and ships.

On January 4, powerful explosions were heard in Sevastopol and Yevpatoria. Before that, the Russian occupiers blocked traffic on the Crimean Bridge.

Later, the Directorate of Strategic Communications of the Ukrainian Armed Forces announced that a junction point of the Russian occupying forces was hit near occupied Sevastopol. The Air Force Commander, Lieut Gen Mykola Oleschuk, said that the operation was carried out with the help of Ukrainian pilots.

Also, Ukraine's Air Force struck the Saka airfield, where another enemy control point was located.
