According to De Croo, more ammunition will arrive in Ukraine in the coming weeks.
Czech Ammunition Procurement Initiative
At the Munich Security Conference, the President of the Czech Republic, Petr Pavel, said that his country had found almost 800,000 munitions outside the EU.
They can be delivered to Ukraine in weeks if there is funding.
The Czech PM, Peter Fiala, said that 15 EU countries are ready to join his country's initiative.
Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte then announced that he would allocate more than 100 million euros to implement the Czech plan and that "other countries will join."
Canada allocates 30 million Canadian dollars (about $23 million) to the initiative.
Some EU countries, notably France, previously required that ammunition be purchased from European suppliers. However, the government has already changed its mind.
