Three people were killed in the latest Russia's massive rocket attack on Kyiv. Search operations are ongoing.

The number of dead in Kyiv increased to three

The Kyiv City Military Administration clarified the consequences of the missile attack on the capital.

In the Podilsk district, where a warehouse caught fire on an area of approximately 3,000 square meters, the search for the victims is underway.

Rescuers found the bodies of two of the victims. This brings the number of victims of the rocket attack to three. The search and rescue operation is ongoing. Please follow the updates.

As of 10:00 a.m., 10 people were under the rubble. Four of them have been saved.

Earlier it became known about 24 wounded in Kyiv. 20 out of them were hospitalized.

What is known about the attack on Kyiv

During the night and morning of December 29, an air raid alert was announced three times in Kyiv, and the attack lasted almost 5 hours.

During the alarm, Kyiv was attacked by dozens of rockets from different directions.

Air defence forces shot down more than 30 aerial targets over Kyiv.

The shelling damaged the lobby of the Lukyanivska metro station, civilian objects, warehouses, etc. Rocket fragments fell in 4 districts of the capital.

In total, the invaders used 122 missiles of various types and 36 attack UAVs, the air defence forces destroyed 114 out of 158 air targets.

At least 16 people were killed and 97 were injured during the attack on Ukraine.
