An American court found Russian blogger Khrystyna Puzyryova guilty of violating sanctions against the Russian Federation and supplying parts for missiles. She faces a prison term.

Her money laundering conspiracy was directly related to 298 shipments of restricted technology worth $7 million to the Russian battlefield.

Puzyryova and her husband, the defendant Mykola Goltsev, repeatedly came from Canada to meet with the defendant Salimjon Nasryddinov in Brooklyn. During such trips, Puzyryova used numerous bank accounts to carry out financial transactions as part of her scheme.

The government confiscated $20,000 in cash from the New York hotel room where the defendant was arrested. In total, the government confiscated about 1.68 million dollars in connection with this export scheme, the report says.
