The deputy head of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, Dmytry Medvedev, once again dreamed of capturing Kyiv and Odesa. He was advised to seek mental health counselling in the EU.
The EU reacted to Medvedev's new threats
During a briefing in Brussels, EU spokesman Peter Stano answered the Ukrinform correspondent's questions about the henchman's statements of the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.
What Dmytro Medvedev said
In an interview with the Russian mass media, Medvedev said that the Russian troops will have to reach Kyiv again, "if not now, then in some time" to achieve the "SMO goals".
Medvedev added that Kyiv is allegedly a "Russian city" and that "an international threat to the existence of the Russian Federation emanates from it."
Putin's henchman also mentioned Odesa, calling it a "Russian city".
