Explosions in Ukraine say a lot about Putin's intention to negotiate — Kuleba

Dmytro Kuleba
Missile attack

Ukraine's Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has called on world leaders to provide long-term military and financial assistance to Ukraine amid the most massive Russian missile attack.

Kuleba reacted to Russia's missile attack

The minister noted that around 110 Russian missiles and numerous drones were used to attack civilians in Ukraine, targeting maternity hospitals, schools, medical facilities, residential buildings and commercial facilities.

Today, millions of Ukrainians woke up to the loud sounds of explosions. I would like the whole world to hear these sounds of explosions in Ukraine. In all the major capitals, headquarters and parliaments that are now discussing further support for Ukraine. In all the editorials that write about "fatigue" or that Russia is supposedly ready for "negotiations".

Kuleba stressed that the sounds of explosions are what Russia really wants to say.

Our only collective response can and must be sustained, powerful and long-term military and financial assistance to Ukraine. Only greater firepower can silence Russian terror.

Reaction to the attack on the US ambassador

Earlier, US Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink posted a screenshot of the air raid alert and added that this is what Ukrainians saw on their phones this morning.

Millions of men, women and children are in bomb shelters as Russia launches missiles across the country. Ukraine needs funding now to continue the fight for freedom from this horror in 2024.
