On November 17, explosions rang out in the temporarily occupied Crimea. They thundered in the south-west of the peninsula, approximately between Bakhchysarai and Kacha.

What is known about the explosions in Crimea

According to local residents online, two explosions were heard. Helicopter flights are also reported against the background of the explosions.

Subscribers report that two explosions were heard between the Bakhchisaray district and the Kachin Valley, helicopters are circling in the sky, the publication says.

There are speculations on the network about the probable explosions in Belbek or Kacha.

Currently, there are no clarifications regarding the incident from officials. Representatives of the occupation "administration" also do not say anything about the explosions and do not explain the reasons.

What is known about the attacks in Crimea

On the night of October 30, the Defense Forces hit the anti-aircraft missile regiment of the Russian Air Defense Forces near the village of Olenivka in Crimea with missiles.

According to the occupiers, 17 servicemen were wounded. Also, 5 cars were damaged, one of them beyond repair.

On the same day, explosions rang out in Sevastopol. The Russian occupation "administration" announced the work of air defense and the shooting down of two targets.

Later, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation announced the shooting down of 8 Storm Shadow missiles. Before that, Razvozhaev spoke only about "two air targets".

On November 1, the so-called "governor" of the Russian occupation authorities in Sevastopol, Mykhailo Razvozhaev, announced the use of a smoke screen by terrorists in the area of Sevastopol Bay.

He later reported that the military was allegedly working to destroy a large number of various air targets in different areas of the entire peninsula.

Later, the local public claimed the movement of rockets from the Henichesk district through the Arabat arrow in the direction of Crimea. In particular, it became known about the alleged use of a smoke screen over the Crimean Bridge.

During the attack, at least two resort facilities on the Arabatskaya arrow, captured by the terrorists, were hit.

On November 4, the Strategic Communications Department of the Ukrainian Armed Forces announced that the Ukrainian military had struck the "Zaliv" shipbuilding plant in Crimea.
