The State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) reported that, on the morning of January 21 in Lyman, a resident called an investigative and operational team of police officers due to a conflict with a military serviceman.

After a specific time, the connection with the police officers who went to the call disappeared, and at 8 in the morning, another group went to the scene of the incident.
