During the past day, 95 combat clashes took place between the Russian occupiers and Ukrainian troops. The Russians lost 880 soldiers, 13 tanks, and 37 armored fighting vehicles.
Losses of Russian troops over the past day
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the defence forces' aviation struck seven areas of personnel concentration and two enemy anti-aircraft missile systems in the previous 24 hours.
Also, our defenders destroyed three missiles and nine combat drones of the "Shahed" type.
Units of the missile forces damaged three enemy artillery positions.
In total, the enemy launched 11 missiles and 98 air strikes. It carried out 129 attacks from MLRS on the positions of our troops and populated areas.
The situation in the east and south
In the Kupiansk direction, six enemy attacks were repulsed in the Synkivka and Tabaiivka settlements of the Kharkiv region.
In the Lyman direction, our soldiers repelled 5 enemy attacks in the areas of Terny settlements of the Donetsk region and Bilohorivka of the Luhansk region.
In the Bakhmut direction, defence forces repelled eight enemy attacks in the Ivanivske and Klishchiivka settlements of the Donetsk region.
In the Avdiivka direction, our defenders repelled 25 enemy attacks in the Sieverne, Stepove, Berdychi, Lastochkyne and Nevelske settlements of the Donetsk region.
In the Mariinka direction, the defence forces continued to hold back the enemy in the areas of Novomykhailivka, Georhiivka, Pobieda and Krasnohorivka settlements of the Donetsk region, where the enemy tried to break through the defences of our troops 40 times.
In the Zaporizhzhia direction, the defence forces repelled six enemy attacks in the Robotyne settlement and one in the Huliaipilske settlement of the Zaporizhzhia region.
In Kherson's direction, the enemy carried out four unsuccessful assaults on Ukrainian troops' positions on the Dnipro River's left bank.
