What is the situation at the front?
In the Siverskyi and Slobozhanskyi directions, the enemy maintains a military presence in the border areas, conducts active diversionary activities to prevent the transfer of our troops to threatening directions, increases the density of mine and explosive barriers along the state border in the Belgorod region.
In the Kupiansk direction, Ukrainian defenders repulsed seven enemy attacks near Synkivka and east of Pischane in the Kharkiv region.
In the Lyman direction, the Defense Forces repelled four attacks by the occupieas of Serebryansk Forestry of Luhansk Oblast and Terny of the Donetsk Oblast.
In the Bakhmut direction, our soldiers repelled three enemy attacks near Bogdanivka and Ivanivske in the Donetsk region.
In the Avdiivka direction, Ukrainian defenders continue to hold back the enemy, who does not stop trying to surround Avdiivka. Our soldiers firmly hold the defence, inflicting significant losses on the invaders. Thus, during the past 24 hours, the Defense Forces repelled 16 attacks by occupiers near the settlements of Novobakhmutivka and Avdiivka and another eight attacks near Pervomaiske and Nevelske of the Donetsk region.
In the Mariinka direction, defenders continued to hold back the enemy near Georgiivka, Pobieda and Novomykhailivka in the Donetsk region, where eight attacks were repulsed.
In the Shakhtarsk direction, our defenders repulsed two enemy attacks in the Zolota Nyva area of the Donetsk region.
In the Zaporizhzhia direction, the Defense Forces repelled two enemy attacks west of Verbove and Robotyne in the Zaporizhzhia region.
In Kherson's direction, the Defense Forces will continue measures to expand the foothold. Despite significant losses, the enemy does not stop trying to knock our units out of their positions. During the past day, the enemy carried out eight unsuccessful assaults.
