During January 22, 68 combat clashes took place at the front between the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the army of the Russian Federation.

It is reported that the Russian invaders launched three missiles and 65 air strikes. The enemy fired 56 times with MLRS at the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as peaceful towns and villages.
In the zone of OSTG "Khortytsia" responsibility in the KupIansk direction, our defenders repelled four enemy attacks in the area of Synkivka settlement of Kharkiv region.
In the Lyman direction, the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine successfully repelled an attack by Russian soldiers near Terny in the Donetsk region and another five attacks near Makiivka, Bilogorivka and Serebryansky forestry in the Luhansk region.
In the Bakhmut direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled seven enemy attacks near Bohdanivka, Klishchiivka, and Andriivka of the Donetsk region.
In the zone of OSTG "Tavria"responsibility in the Avdiivka direction, Ukrainian defenders continue to restrain the enemy, who does not stop trying to surround Avdiivka. Our soldiers firmly hold the defense, inflicting significant losses on the occupiers. Thus, during the past day, the defense forces repelled ten enemy attacks in the areas of Stepove, Avdiivka, and another seven attacks near Pervomaiske and Nevelske of the Donetsk region.
In the Mariinka direction, the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled 21 attacks. In the direction of Zaporizhzhia, the Ukrainian defenders successfully restrained the enemy in the Robotyne region of the Zaporizhzhia region.
In the area of OSTG "Odesa" responsibility in the Kherson direction, the Defense Forces will continue measures to expand the foothold.
New AFU's successes at the front
Ukrainian aviation successfully struck eight areas of personnel, weapons and military equipment concentration of the Russian army.
In addition, the air defence forces destroyed one Kh-59 guided air missile.
Units of the missile forces struck one control point, one artillery unit, and one enemy radar station.
