General Staff Latest: The Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled dozens of Russian attacks on 7 directions

During the day, 72 combat clashes took place between the Defense Forces of Ukraine and the Russian occupying forces. The Russian Federation fired 3 missile, 4 air and 25 rocket attacks.

Strikes by the AFU against the troops of the Russian Federation

According to the General Staff, during the day, the Defense Forces aircraft struck 6 areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment, 1 anti-aircraft missile complex, 1 ammunition depot and 1 enemy communication hub.

Units of the missile forces damaged 3 areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment, 1 command post and 1 radio electronic warfare station of the enemy.

The situation in the south and east

In the Kupiansk direction, our defenders repelled 21 attacks near Synkivka, Petropavlivka, Kharkiv region, and Stelmakhivka, Luhansk region.

In the Lyman direction, our defenders repelled 6 enemy attacks near Terni, Yampolivka, Donetsk region, and another 7 attacks in the areas of Serebryansk forestry, Belogorivka, Luhansk region.

In the direction of Bakhmut, the Defense Forces repelled 8 attacks near Bohdanivka, Klishchiivka, and Andriivka, Donetsk region.

In the Avdiivka direction, our defenders repulsed 6 enemy attacks in the Avdiivka area and another 11 attacks to the south of Severnei, Vodiani, Pervomaiski and Nevelski in the Donetsk region.

In the Mariinka direction, the occupiers unsuccessfully tried 4 times to improve the tactical position near Maryinka and Novomykhailivka, Donetsk region.

In the Zaporizhzhia direction, our defenders repulsed an enemy attack west of Vervovoy Zaporizhzhia region.

In the Kherson direction, during the day, the enemy carried out 6 unsuccessful assaults on the positions of our troops on the left bank of the Dnipro.
