According to the Ukrainian General Staff, the Defence Forces destroyed 820 Russian invaders over the last 24 hours, including the following equipment:
tanks - 6036 (+5) units;
armored combat vehicles - 11,203 (+9) units;
artillery systems - 8672 (+6) units;
multiple missile launcher systems - 954 (+1) units;
air defence means - 638 units;
aircraft - 329 units;
helicopters - 324 units;
UAVs of the operational-tactical level - 6823 (+1) units;
cruise missiles - 1805 (+18) units;
ships/boats - 23 units;
submarines - 1 unit;
automotive equipment and tank trucks - 11,552 (+10) units;
special equipment -1333 (+5) units.
What is situation at frontline
In the Kupyansk direction, which is the area of responsibility of the Khortytsia air defence unit, Ukrainian defenders repelled 5 enemy attacks near Synkivka in the Kharkiv region.
In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled 2 attacks by the occupiers east of Terny in the Donetsk region.
In the direction of Bakhmut, Ukrainians repelled 2 enemy attacks in the districts of Klishchiivka and Andriivka in the Donetsk region.
In the Avdiivka direction, which is the area of responsibility of the Tavria air defence unit, the defenders continue to restrain the enemy, who does not stop trying to surround Avdiivka. Ukrainian soldiers steadfastly hold the defence, inflicting significant losses on the occupiers. So, during the past day, the Defence Forces repelled 3 attacks by Russians near Avdiivka, Syeverne, Tonenke, and another 15 attacks near Pervomaiske and Nevelske in the Donetsk region.
In the Mariinsky direction, the Defense Forces continue to hold back the invaders in the districts of Heorhiivka and Novomykhailivka in the Donetsk region, where they repelled 12 attacks.
In the Zaporizhzhia direction, the Defence Forces repelled 7 Russian attacks south of Krasnoye, west of Verbove and north of Novoprokopivka.
In the Kherson direction, which is the area of responsibility of the Odesa air defence unit, Ukrainian defenders continue measures to expand the foothold. Despite significant losses, the enemy does not stop trying to knock out Ukrainian units from their positions. During the past day, the Russians carried out 12 unsuccessful assaults on the positions of the Defence Forces.
