The Chancellor of Germany, Olaf Scholz, announced a new package of military aid to Ukraine for €1.1 billion during the joint press conference with Ukraine's President, Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
The website of the German government notes that the so-called "Munich package" provides Ukraine with 120,000 122-mm artillery rounds, an additional 100 IRIS-T SLS missiles this year, and a second SkyNex air defence system to be delivered in 2025.
