Additional funding will strengthen London's ongoing support for Kyiv, as well as the work of the Red Cross Movement and the Ukrainian Humanitarian Fund.
Britain will provide humanitarian aid to Ukraine
Great Britain will allocate 8.5 million pounds (10.78 million dollars) to Ukraine for humanitarian aid.

It is noted that in 2024, more than 14.6 million people - about 40% of the population of Ukraine - will need humanitarian assistance. Millions are currently homeless, without adequate access to water, food and electricity.
More than £6m ($7.61m) will go towards supporting the neutral and impartial work of the Red Cross, strengthening existing emergency response projects and supporting the most vulnerable in Ukraine.
Another 2.5 million pounds ($3.17 million) will go to finance the Ukrainian Humanitarian Fund, which is part of the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs.
Aid to Ukraine from Britain
