In Poland, Ukrainian grain was again dumped from the train

Unknown people in Poland once again spilled Ukrainian grain. This is the third case in recent days.

Ukrainian grain was scattered in Poland

The incident took place at the Polish Dorogusk railway station on February 24, the second anniversary of Russia's war against Ukraine.

The systematic destruction of Ukrainian agricultural products is similar to planned sabotage. Our country defends itself and survives also thanks to farmers. Therefore, those who committed these crimes are definitely not interested in Ukrainian peace and the victory of the civilized world. We call on the law enforcement agencies of Poland to give an immediate reaction, - said the Minister of Community Development, Territories and Infrastructure Oleksandr Kubrakov.

"Ukrzaliznytsia" turned to the law enforcement agencies of Poland.

The situation on the border with Ukraine

On February 21, the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, addressed European and Polish partners regarding the situation on the Ukrainian-Polish border.

He said that he instructed the Ukrainian government to be at the border with Poland by February 24, inviting the Polish prime minister and the government to a meeting there.

Polish President Andrzej Duda said that he supports the idea of a meeting between the Ukrainian and Polish governments.

On February 22, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk announced that border crossings with Ukraine, as well as sections of highways and railways, would be included in the list of critical infrastructure facilities to provide "a 100 percent guarantee that military and humanitarian aid will to reach the Ukrainian side without any delay".

Tusk also noted that the governmental meeting of Poland and Ukraine will take place on March 28 in Warsaw.

We will remind you that on February 9, Polish farmers started blocking roads in Poland and checkpoints on the Polish-Ukrainian border.

During this time, protesters twice dumped Ukrainian grain from transport — a truck and a train. On February 18, they blocked the movement of passenger train No. 119 Kyiv — Khelm, where there were 260 passengers.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to Poland 2014-2022 Andriy Deshchytsia noted that the dissatisfaction of Polish farmers is being used by those forces who want to quarrel between Ukraine and Poland. And Moscow has the greatest interest in this.
