CNR: The occupiers cannot ensure the heating season in the Kherson region,

Heating

Some boiler houses in the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region are still not supplied with coal for the heating season.

In the Kherson region, the occupiers of the Russian Federation left the locals without heating

As noted, this is due to the increase in coal prices at TOT [temporarily occupied territories - ed.] three times compared to last year.

At the same time, the occupying so-called ‘administration” does not allocate money to ensure the passage of the heating season.

The prices of firewood have also increased significantly, which also does not allow residents of private houses to prepare for winter. We recommend citizens to use the advice on how to prepare for winter in such difficult conditions, the Centre of National Resistance (CNR) reported.

What is the situation in the occupied territories

The Russians continued repressions and terror in the occupied territories. The occupiers are looking for children in the temporarily occupied territories who continue their online studies in Ukrainian schools or use Ukrainian services.

Also, according to the Mariupol City Council, the teachers of the Russian-occupied city provided high school students with a specific template for thanking the military of the aggressor state.

In addition, according to the CNR, the Russians are deploying additional forces of the Russian Guard to carry out comprehensive measures to check the local population.

During large-scale raids, it is planned to set up roadblocks once every two months and increase the number of patrols in settlements in the temporarily occupied territories.

Also, the invaders planned to strengthen their control over the messengers of Ukrainians in the occupation and investigate the protest mood among the locals. It is noted that all this is happening within the framework of the start of preparations for the "elections" of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, which are scheduled for the spring of 2024.
