The permanent spokesman of the Kremlin, Dmitry Peskov, claims that the administration of dictator Vladimir Putin still has no understanding of how former US President Donald Trump could stop Russian aggression against Ukraine in 24 hours.

The Kremlin commented on Trump's loud statements about the Russo-Ukrainian war

According to Vladimir Putin's press secretary, there were no contacts between Russian diplomats and American politicians.

No, we have no idea how this can be done. There were no contacts in this regard, — said Dmitry Peskov.

The Kremlin also did not want to comment on Donald Trump's statement that he allegedly has "good relations" not only with Russian dictator Vladimir Putin but also with Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky.

How Zelenskyy reacts to Trump's promises about a quick end to the war

As mentioned earlier, Donald Trump has repeatedly claimed that he has a "plan" to ensure peace in Ukraine within 24 hours if he returns to the highest office.

After that, the president of Ukraine offered Trump to come to Ukraine. However, the former US president refused, citing a "conflict of interest" with the current administration of Joe Biden.

After winning the Iowa primary in mid-January, Trump reiterated that he would end the war "very quickly" if he wins the election.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy commented once again on the new Trump statement.

Mr Donald Trump, I invite you to Ukraine, to Kyiv. So, if you can stop the war in 24 hours, I think that will be enough to come," said the Ukrainian leader.
