On the morning of 13 January, the criminal army of Russia launched a massive missile attack on Ukraine, using, among other things, Kinzhal air-defence missiles. 

What is known about another massive missile attack on Ukraine by the occupiers

According to representatives of the Ukrainian Air Force Command, at 5:32 a.m., the occupiers launched strategic missiles from the Caspian Sea.

In particular, cruise missiles were fired at Ukraine from Tu-95MS aircraft.

After that, the Air Force reported the take-off of an enemy MiG-31K fighter jet from the Savasleyka airfield in the Nizhny Novgorod region.

In addition, several more enemy MiG-31K fighters took off, which fired "Kinzhal" aeroballistic missiles over Ukraine.

The Kinzhals were fired in the direction of Dnipro, Kyiv, Rivne and Kryvyi Rih.

The cruise missiles were moving towards the western regions of Ukraine.

There were also launches of Kh-31P missiles in the direction of Berislav district in Kherson region.

In total, according to the monitoring groups, the Russians used 6 Tu-95MS aircraft, 6 Tu-22M3 aircraft, 5 MiG-31K aircraft, Su-34/Su-35 aircraft and launched ballistic missiles from Crimea that night.

What is known about the consequences of an enemy attack

It is noted that as a result of the attack with Kinzhal missiles, explosions occurred in Dnipro, in Kremenchuk district in Poltava region, where a missile fell on the territory of a private house, but fortunately did not explode.

Explosions were heard in Chernihiv region. Local authorities reported the operation of air defences and damage to infrastructure.

Air defence systems were also operating in Kirovohrad region. No casualties or damage were reported.

In Rivne region, explosions were heard due to air defence activity.
