According to Russian volunteers from the Legion "Freedom of Russia" (LFR), 7,000 vehicles with people in Belgorod and Kursk region and 600 civilian cars from Kursk used the humanitarian corridor for evacuation, which they announced on March 14.
Evacuation from Belgorod and Kursk regions
The LFR reports that since the beginning of the operation of the humanitarian corridor announced for the evacuation of civilians from the Belgorod and Kursk regions of Russia, more than 7,000 civilian cars of the residents of Belgorod and the Belgorod region have been used.
This became known thanks to the information provided by local, oppositional to Putin's regime, law enforcement officers and security forces.
Also, more than 600 civilian vehicles used the evacuation corridor from Kursk.
Russian volunteers announced the operation of a humanitarian corridor to evacuate the population from 9:00 p.m. on March 14 to 7:00 a.m. on March 15.
After that, Russian volunteers promise to continue the destruction of military facilities on the territory of the Belgorod and Kursk regions until "the complete liberation of the region from the forces of the Putin regime."
On the morning of March 15, the LFR published a video urging locals to stay in shelters.
At the same time, Vyacheslav Gladkov, the governor of the Belgorod region, said that the residents of the Graivoron city district had been taken to a safe place.
They will be sent to relatives or temporary accommodation. Gladkov claims that "there are no Ukrainian troops on the territory of the region."
Raid of Russian volunteers on the territory of the Russian Federation
On the morning of March 12, Russian volunteers from the LFR, RVC and the Siberian Battalion fighting on the side of Ukraine announced that they were "going to the elections" for the president of the Russian Federation.
They crossed the border with the Russian Federation and started an operation in the border areas. On the same day, fighters of the "Freedom of Russia" legion announced they had taken control of the Tetkino settlement in the Kursk region.
The Defence Intelligence of Ukraine (DIU) noted that the volunteers "have the right to do whatever they see fit at home."
On the evening of March 14, the DIU confirmed that the Russian authorities were blocking the evacuation of civilians from the Belgorod and Kursk regions, where hostilities are taking place.
