NATO countries are preparing to conduct large-scale exercises in February in preparation for the threat of an attack by the Russian Federation.

The Bundeswehr will provide 12,000 soldiers, 3,000 vehicles and 30 aircraft.

The publication says that an aircraft carrier and several F-35 fighter jets are to be provided from Great Britain.

The expected number of troops in the upcoming NATO exercises of 90,000 makes them the largest since the end of the Cold War. So, in a series of manoeuvres in 1988, about 125,000 soldiers were involved.

NATO expects Russia to receive missiles from Iran

According to the head of NATO's military committee, Admiral Rob Bauer, Iran will most likely start transferring its missiles to Russia.

He noted that he is waiting for the supply of Iranian missiles to Russia. Moscow has repeatedly asked for such help.

At the same time, according to him, the use of Iranian missiles by the Russian military has not yet been observed.
