The alarm systems of the cars parked in the yards went off. Residents report that cars of special services are going to Bureau, local publications write.

It was also reported about an explosion at a powder factory in Kotovsk near Tambov, after which a fire started. According to local residents, 5th workshop of this facility exploded.
According to the Russian mass media, everything was allegedly extinguished in an hour and a half. The area of the fire was 300 square meters.
In addition, the Russian Ministry of Defense proclaimed about the interception of two UAVs in the Smolensk and Moscow regions.
