Zelenskyy congratulated on the Day of Unity

The president's press service released the video of the greeting.

When all Ukrainians hold hands, they will not raise them up to surrender. We all fight. And today this applies not only to both banks of the Dnipro. Today, the unity of Ukrainians covers both hemispheres of the Earth, in every corner of which on February 24 it was heard: I am a Ukrainian, said the president.

He noted that "I am Ukrainian" has a special meaning.

Today they are full of courage, pride and indomitability of our people. The pain that every Ukrainian man and woman feels, and at the same time the strength that helps us get through everything. Overcome everything. Survive everything. Knowing and remembering that only strong Ukrainians can become united. And only united Ukrainians can be strong, — said Zelenskyy.

Zelenskyy signed a decree on Russia's territories historically inhabited by Ukrainians

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that on January 22, he signed the decree "On the territories of the Russian Federation historically inhabited by Ukrainians."

Today, we must take steps not only to strengthen the unity of Ukraine and our people, but also to act for the unity of rights and freedoms, the truth about Ukrainians, the truth about us, and the truth about our history. For this purpose, today I signed the decree "On the territories of the Russian Federation historically inhabited by Ukrainians".

He said this means "returning the truth about the historical past for the sake of Ukraine's future."

Zelenskyy did not specify what the decree was about. This document is not yet available on the president's website.
