According to OSTG "Tavria" spokesperson Oleksandr Shtupun, the criminal army of the Russian Federation intensified its offensive efforts in the regions of Mariinka and Avdiivka in the Donetsk region, using a large number of armoured vehicles.

The OSTG "Tavria" spokesman noted that the Russian occupiers would use armoured vehicles, including old and modern ones, in the assaults.

According to him, units of the occupation army of the Russian Federation are trying to advance both in the north and in the south.
Columns of armored vehicles are moving. That is, tanks, BMPs, and armored personnel carriers. Yesterday, our soldiers destroyed 11 Russian tanks and 15 armored vehicles - it was completely destroyed. There is still some damaged equipment, which will be burned later by our aerial scouts, OSTG "Tavria" spokesperson emphasized.
Shtupun emphasized that Russian war criminals use both old military equipment, for example, MT-LB armoured personnel carriers, and new ones, in particular, the relatively rare BTR-90, during assaults.
He noted that not so long ago, in the Zaporizhzhia region, the Ukrainian military destroyed the Russian BMD-4 2015-2016 release.
The spokesman of the OSTG "Tavria" also added that the command of the criminal army of the Russian Federation continues to transfer reserves to replenish losses. Still, there have been recorded cases when the newly arrived occupiers did not have the appropriate equipment with them and had to remove helmets, body armour and other means of protection from other wounded or dead soldiers of the Russian army.

Stupun emphasized that enemy assaults are currently ongoing.
According to him, only during the past day, the Ukrainian military repelled 36 enemy attacks in the areas east of Novobakhmutivka, Avdiivka, and south of Novobakhmutivka, Avdiivka.
In addition, as noted by the OSTG "Tavria" spokesman, the Ukrainian military also prevented attempts by the Russian invaders to advance in the area of Pervomaiske and Nevelske.
Another 12 enemy attacks were repulsed in Mariinka, Krasnohorivka and Novomykhailivka districts.
