Curfew violations will be fined
In the first reading, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted a draft law on violation of the curfew. The document provides for fines for staying in a public place at an unauthorized time.

It is, in particular, about non-compliance by citizens of Ukraine with the curfew established by local governments.
According to the draft law, fines for curfew violators will range from 8,500 UAH to 17,000 UAH. In case of repeated violation, the amount is doubled.
In addition, there are fines for entrepreneurs. In case of violation of the curfew, business representatives face a fine of 51 to 102 thousand UAH. If the violation is recorded again during the year, the fine will be from 170 to 340 thousand UAH.
Public catering establishments can face fines in Ukraine
In Ukraine, they want to fine institutions that work at night, violating the curfew imposed due to the war with Russia. Law enforcers propose to impose significant fines on violators from 34 to 680 thousand hryvnyas.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs together with MPs prepared a corresponding draft law. On October 12, It is to be sent to the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Law Enforcement.
The draft proposes to supplement the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses with a new Article 210-2 on administrative liability for economic entities for violation of a special blackout during war regime or working regime during martial law.
The proposed amount of fines: from 34 to 170 thousand UAH for the first violation, and in case of repeated violation within a year from 340 to 680 thousand UAH.
