B4Ukraine has a PepsiCo brief.

It is worth noting that B4Ukraine is an international organisation that tracks companies that continue to do business in Russia.

NO for: mentioning war, hostilities, aggression, military personnel, the Ukrainian Armed Forces; supporting Ukraine or the Ukrainian Armed Forces; negative connotations, creating a sense of "danger", the PepsiCo partners require.

The B4Ukraine team asked Pepsi branches in Ukraine and the USA to comment on this brief but have not yet received a response.

The most exciting point in this story is that on October 17, PepsiCo's Instagram page claims, "PepsiCo volunteers distributed food kits to 1,200 families in the city of Borodianka, whose houses were destroyed."

However, the company does not specify that the Russian army is destroying the homes of peaceful Ukrainians.

PepsiCo continues to conduct business in Russia actively

Foreign experts draw attention to the fact that PepsiConet profit in Russia in 2023 increased by 333% to $525 million. Also, the company paid about $115 million in taxes in the aggressor country.

The global coalition of civil society organisations B4Ukraine calls on PepsiCo to withdraw from Russia as soon as possible.

The US government recently issued a commercial warning to US companies about the growing legal, reputational and financial risks of doing business under military control in Russia.
