Polish Minister of Agriculture Czeslaw Siekerski apologized on behalf of Polish farmers for the fact that they scattered Ukrainian grain in front of the Yagodyn-Dorogusk checkpoint on February 11.

Sekersky noted that he considers the incident not the correct form of protest and that the farmers "didn't hold back their emotions."
He called to remember that they "are in a complicated economic situation".
At the same time, he asserted that the representatives of the Ukrainian authorities also "didn't hold back."
Polish farmers scattered grain on the border with Ukraine
On February 11, Polish farmers opened Ukrainian trucks near the "Yagodyn — Dorogusk" checkpoint and dumped grain.
According to the police, the farmers broke customs seals from three trucks travelling from Ukraine to Lithuania.
Minister of Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba condemned this incident, calling it unacceptable.
Polish farmers announced a nationwide strike on February 9. The protest will last at least until March 10.
